The opportunity
Your access to the market.
We develop GrowingSearch's access to the market by identifying marketing decision-makers with a confirmed SEO need and an openness to external support. Petra and the team research, engage and qualify the right companies, then facilitate relevant introductions so your team can focus on discovery and closing.
The context
The brief sets a clear priority: generate sales conversations for SEO retainers of $5,000 or more per month. A large contact list alone does not tell your team which accounts have a relevant need, purchasing authority or an appropriate budget.
The qualification work needs to happen before the sales call. Otherwise, your team spends discovery time establishing basic fit instead of discussing a real commercial opportunity.
The outcome we work toward
Qualified introductions to relevant decision-makers, supported by the context of their SEO need, timing and qualification. A shared pipeline connects each introduction to its commercial outcome.
What we deliver
Researched accounts and decision-makers
Select one or two segments, identify marketing budget owners and document relevant business signals. Prioritize companies above $5M in annual revenue, distinguishing published figures from estimates.
Relevant outreach and conversation assets
Create relevant messages and concise opportunity briefs that give decision-makers a concrete reason to respond. Coordinate the conversations and follow-ups through the channels agreed for the campaign.
Qualification, booking and sales briefs
Manage replies, establish need and budget, coordinate meetings and reminders, and hand over the decision-maker's role, stated priorities and qualification evidence before the call.
A visible, managed pipeline
Keep every opportunity visible in a shared pipeline. Use prospect replies and sales feedback to improve targeting, messaging and the attractiveness of the offer.
Qualification & delivery
Relevant accounts. Clear qualification. Prepared calls.
What makes an opportunity qualified
- Account fit: belongs to the agreed segment and meets the agreed company-size criteria. The starting focus is France and Quebec, with French and English outreach available.
- Decision-maker fit: CMO, VP Marketing, Head of Marketing or Growth, or a founder who owns the marketing budget. Dedicated SEO leaders are excluded from the contact target.
- SEO team check: exclude companies where current dedicated SEO employees are identified. Where public evidence is inconclusive, confirm the setup with the prospect before counting the meeting as qualified.
- Need and budget: the prospect confirms a relevant SEO need, openness to an external provider and capacity to consider an engagement of at least $5,000 per month. Revenue and software pricing are screening signals, not proof of SEO budget.
- Meeting follow-through: bookings, attendance, no-shows and unqualified meetings are tracked separately, alongside the outcomes of each introduction.
How we launch
1. Agree the target
Confirm the first segments, exclusions, budget threshold, messaging and account-ownership rules with GrowingSearch.
2. Prepare the campaign
Research the first accounts, verify contact details, prepare conversation assets and test qualification and calendar hand-offs.
3. Launch and improve
Begin outreach and relevant account engagement, manage replies, book qualified prospects and review the pipeline weekly.
Target launch: 7-10 business days after kickoff, once the necessary access, account approvals and positioning inputs are available. This is the campaign launch window, not a promise of meetings or revenue within that period.
A focused role for your team
GrowingSearch provides its offer, relevant proof, existing-account exclusions, calendar availability and timely feedback on calls. Petra and the team manage the prospecting system and qualification. GrowingSearch owns sales discovery, proposals, closing and SEO delivery.
We share recurring prospect questions, objections and buying criteria, together with feedback from sales calls. These insights help GrowingSearch refine its positioning, strengthen its proof and make the offer more attractive to the right clients.
The acquisition system
A system that improves with every conversation.
Examples of accounts to explore
Explore the example accounts and research (Google Sheets)
Axelor, Kelio and Mirakl illustrate the types of software companies we can explore. The working list contains 100 candidate companies, marketing decision-maker profiles and supporting research. These are examples for targeting discussions, not confirmed sales opportunities.
Revenue estimates and qualification gaps remain visible in the list. Access follows the existing Google Sheet permissions.
One coordinated system
Identify and prioritize
Combine a variety of research and qualification tools to identify companies with the right profile, a relevant need and an appropriate marketing decision-maker.
Engage and qualify
Lead with a relevant business opportunity, manage the conversation and establish fit before booking a prepared discovery call.
Learn and improve
Turn prospect questions, objections and sales-call feedback into recommendations to improve the message, supporting proof and attractiveness of the offer.
Expand what works
Build on the segments and messages that generate qualified conversations, with a shared view of meeting quality and commercial outcomes.
A focused launch
Start with an agreed target segment and a clear message. Use the first conversations to validate relevance, identify objections and sharpen the offer with GrowingSearch. Expand once the evidence supports the approach.
The aim is to develop your access to the market through relevant introductions, supported by continuous learning about what makes the offer compelling to the right buyers.

Working agreement
- Attribution: record sourced accounts, introductions, meetings and closed clients in the shared tracker or CRM. Review existing-account exclusions at kickoff and retain a clear introduction history for commission reconciliation.
- Measurement: track contacted accounts, replies, booked meetings, attended qualified meetings and collected client revenue separately. Results depend on response rates, market conditions and GrowingSearch's sales process; no meeting quota or revenue guarantee is included.
- Scope and operating costs: agree responsibility for third-party subscriptions before launch. Additional channels, website development and broader content production require a separately agreed scope and price.
- Confidentiality and ownership: an NDA can be signed before access is shared. GrowingSearch owns the work produced for this engagement. Any proposed public case study or use of results will be discussed separately.
Next step
Confirm the scope and commercial terms directly with Petra, then agree the kickoff and arrange the one-time setup payment by invoice. The final engagement terms and applicable charges will be recorded in the agreed contract.
